Large patch, like this showing on previously untreated zoysia, will be ready to rumble soon. Similar to March 2012, dollar spot arrived early on bentgrass in mid Missouri to join yellow patch. Forsythia is blooming, but cooler weather is forecasted in late March. Unless you're seeing pink snow mold (aka Microdochium patch), it's too early to uncork the bottle on preventive fungicide applications. Basal rot anthracnose has been a bane for some in the region this fall.
